Design Coffee: Designing for healthcare service delivery

Updated: Apr 3

True learning comes through real life experience. A service design project on designing healthcare service delivery taught some valuable lessons worth sharing:

  1. You don't know what you don't know, scope and focus is not always fully understood upfront.

  2. Frontstage experience depends on backstage.

  3. Interfaces and artifacts can solve space blockers.

  4. Leverage the UX toolbox and add collaborative initiatives.

We take you through a great example of service design in practice. A story told through lessons learnt that might challenge those design minds, in our Design Coffee: "Design for healthcare service delivery".
