Two community members involved with an Employee Growth Framework (EGF) project for a client. Showcasing the importance of approaching employee growth with a Human Centered Design (HCD) mindset.
They share two important pointers:
1) designers growth frameworks are vastly different to other disciplines, if you have a design team within a larger organisation, you cannot cut and paste what you are using for other teams, it just won't work (well)
2) employee growth frameworks should be linked to business growth frameworks (or business growth strategy) and this is a key reason why they should be customised (again, no cut and paste here!).
