Self-awareness is all about understanding your strengths and weaknesses, your thoughts and motivations, so you can live your best self. It means knowing what you’re good at and what you are less than good at. Sometimes that means actually avoiding the things you’re not good at rather than having to get better at them. It also allows you to understand how other people perceive you. And this is hugely important, both personally and professionally.
