The two days rule is when we make sure we don’t break a habit for two days in a row. We can take multiple days off in the week if we need to but it reduces the amount of time of say going for a walk so that we don’t loose track and we don’t loose momentum when we really need it. This is especially very important in the beginning as we rebuild that habit. To keep that consistency going. Literally doing it every other day if we have to, every day if we can and whenever we need to then we take a break but the two day rule has helped us out a lot.
